By accessing or using FreeFastPDF ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FreeFastPDF provides browser-based PDF and image processing tools including compression, merging, splitting, conversion, and signing. All processing is performed client-side in your browser. No files are transmitted to our servers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to process illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service in ways that could damage it
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls
• Use the Service to infringe third-party intellectual property rights

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all files you process using FreeFastPDF. Because all processing is browser-based, we never receive, store, or access your files. You are solely responsible for the files you process and their legality.

5. Intellectual Property

The FreeFastPDF name, logo, website design, and underlying code are owned by FreeFastPDF and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

6. Third-Party Libraries

FreeFastPDF uses open-source libraries including pdf-lib (MIT License) and PDF.js (Apache 2.0 License). These libraries have their own licenses and terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the results of processing will be accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreeFastPDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify FreeFastPDF and its operators from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the relevant courts of jurisdiction.
